By accessing or using yesbro.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
yesbro.ai provides a WhatsApp-based AI assistant platform for business operations, including automated message processing, knowledge management, contact management, and third-party integrations. The Service is designed for small and medium businesses in Southeast Asia.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, ensuring your WhatsApp Business API usage complies with Meta's policies, and the accuracy of information you provide to the Service.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Plans include Starter ($49/mo), Growth ($149/mo), and Enterprise ($299/mo). Each tier includes specific limits on AI interactions, users, and integrations. Overages may result in temporary service limitations. All payments are processed through Stripe.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service, including messages, contacts, knowledge entries, and business information. We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service uses AI to generate responses and insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (WhatsApp, Stripe, etc.) or force majeure events.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
