This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our WhatsApp AI assistant platform, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, company name), WhatsApp messages processed through our platform, knowledge base entries, contact information you manage, and usage data including AI interaction logs.
Your data is used to provide and improve our AI assistant services, process WhatsApp messages, build and maintain your knowledge base, generate analytics and insights, manage billing and subscriptions, and communicate service updates.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256-GCM). OAuth tokens for third-party integrations are encrypted before storage. We use PostgreSQL with row-level security to ensure strict tenant data isolation.
You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent for data processing, and export your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@yesbro.ai.
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: Anthropic (AI processing), Meta WhatsApp Business API (messaging), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), and Resend (email delivery). Each service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all tenant data is permanently removed within 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.
